Top Sealer Interior Primer
CORONA Top Sealer Interior Primer is a water-based wall sealer specially formulated to deliver strong protection against alkali and moisture. It helps improve the durability and performance of subsequent topcoat applications by creating a stable and well-prepared surface.
This interior primer is recommended for use on a wide range of interior surfaces, including plastered walls, ceilings, concrete, brickwork, and wall boards. It ensures better adhesion of paint while enhancing the overall finish quality and longevity of decorative coatings.
- New, bare, old, or previously painted surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust, wax, and other contaminants.
- Rub down the surface using abrasive paper to remove imperfections and create a smooth finish.
- Brush previously painted surfaces thoroughly to remove loose particles and ensure a clean, even base.
- Fill large holes and cracks using plaster of Paris or white cement, then allow it to dry completely.
- Once dry, rub down the surface again with abrasive paper for a smoother finish.
- Apply CORONA Top Sealer Interior Primer to seal the surface and protect it from water and salt damage.
- Allow the primer to dry completely before proceeding with further coating or finishing work.

Paint Guide
Application
Deploy skilled/experienced individuals for the application of paint. A few general instructions are given below.
The surface to be painted must be dry, clean and free from all contamination and efflorescent salts. Remove dirt, grease, and waxy material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper. Apply one coat of Happilac Perfect Primer and 2-3 coats of Happilac Vivid Emulsion Plus.
Safety Instructions
When applying paint, wear appropriate eye protection.
- Cartridge mask, wear gloves, and goggles during application or sanding
- Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying
- Close container tightly after each use
- In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical advice
