CORONA Elite Weather Shield is a premium acrylic-based paint specially formulated for exterior surfaces. It is suitable for both new and previously painted substrates, including brickwork, plaster, concrete, wallboards, and gypsum surfaces.   • Ensure all new, bare, old, or previously painted surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, and loose material.
  • Rub down the surface with abrasive paper to achieve a smooth and sound substrate.
  • Remove all loose or flaking paint from previously painted surfaces.
  • Repair cracks, holes, and surface defects using a suitable filler and allow it to dry completely.
  • Apply a suitable exterior primer or sealer where required and allow it to dry thoroughly.
  • Stir CORONA Elite Weather Shield thoroughly before use.
  • Apply the paint evenly using a brush, roller, or spray equipment.
  • Allow the first coat to dry completely before applying the second coat.
  • Ensure adequate drying time between coats for optimum performance and durability.
  • Protect freshly painted surfaces from rain, dust, and moisture until fully cured.

Application

Deploy skilled/experienced individuals for the application of paint. A few general instructions are given below.

The surface to be painted must be dry, clean and free from all contamination and efflorescent salts. Remove dirt, grease, and waxy material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper. Apply one coat of Happilac Perfect Primer and 2-3 coats of Happilac Vivid Emulsion Plus.

Safety Instructions

When applying paint, wear appropriate eye protection.

  • Cartridge mask, wear gloves, and goggles during application or sanding
  • Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying
  • Close container tightly after each use
  • In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical advice
