Premium Plastic Emulsion
CORONA Plastic Emulsion is a 100% acrylic-based premium quality emulsion paint designed to provide a smooth, durable, and elegant eggshell finish. Its superior formulation ensures excellent coverage, long-lasting performance, and an attractive appearance for interior walls.
It is suitable for use on all normal interior masonry surfaces, including brickwork, plaster, cement, and wallboard. The paint offers reliable adhesion and a refined finish, making it an ideal choice for residential, commercial, and institutional interior applications.
- Ensure all new, bare, old, or previously painted surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or wax.
- Prepare the surface by rubbing it down with abrasive paper.
- For previously painted surfaces, remove any loose or flaking paint completely and smooth the surface.
- Fill large holes and cracks with plaster of Paris or white cement and allow them to dry thoroughly.
- Sand the repaired areas with abrasive paper to achieve a smooth finish.
- Apply CORONA Aquas Wall Primer Sealer to protect the surface against water and salt penetration, then allow it to dry.
- Apply CORONA Super Smooth Wall Filler and allow it to dry completely.
- Sand the filled surface with abrasive paper and remove all dust.
- Once the surface is smooth and properly prepared, it is ready for the application of CORONA Plastic Emulsion.
- Stir the paint thoroughly before use.

Paint Guide
Application
Deploy skilled/experienced individuals for the application of paint. A few general instructions are given below.
The surface to be painted must be dry, clean and free from all contamination and efflorescent salts. Remove dirt, grease, and waxy material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper. Apply one coat of Happilac Perfect Primer and 2-3 coats of Happilac Vivid Emulsion Plus.
Safety Instructions
When applying paint, wear appropriate eye protection.
- Cartridge mask, wear gloves, and goggles during application or sanding
- Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying
- Close container tightly after each use
- In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical advice
