  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, algae, and loose particles.
  • Remove any flaking or peeling paint and smooth the surface with abrasive paper.
  • Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections with a suitable exterior filler and allow it to dry completely.
  • Apply an appropriate exterior primer or sealer on new or highly porous surfaces and allow it to dry thoroughly.
  • Stir Super Series Super Weatherproof Emulsion thoroughly before application.
  • Apply the first coat evenly using a brush, roller, or spray equipment.
  • Allow the first coat to dry completely before applying the second coat.
  • Apply a second coat for optimum coverage, protection, and durability.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation and favorable weather conditions during application and drying.
  • Protect freshly painted surfaces from rain, dust, and moisture until fully cured.

Application

Deploy skilled/experienced individuals for the application of paint. A few general instructions are given below.

The surface to be painted must be dry, clean and free from all contamination and efflorescent salts. Remove dirt, grease, and waxy material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper. Apply one coat of Happilac Perfect Primer and 2-3 coats of Happilac Vivid Emulsion Plus.

Safety Instructions

When applying paint, wear appropriate eye protection.

  • Cartridge mask, wear gloves, and goggles during application or sanding
  • Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying
  • Close container tightly after each use
  • In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical advice
