Wall Primer Sealer

CORONA Wall Primer Sealer is a solvent-based sealer designed for interior masonry surfaces, suitable for both new and previously painted areas. It can be applied on a variety of substrates such as brickwork, plaster, and cement, providing a strong foundation for subsequent paint layers.

This primer sealer helps to protect surfaces by reducing damage caused by alkali and salts commonly found in masonry. It also effectively seals porous surfaces, improving paint adhesion and ensuring a smoother, more uniform finish for topcoats.

  • New or previously painted surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from grease, rust, dust, and other contaminants.
  • Rub down the surface using abrasive paper to smooth it and remove any loose or flaking paint.
  • Ensure all traces of previous paint that are not firmly adhered are properly removed.
  • Clean the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
  • Stir the product well before use to ensure a uniform consistency and proper application.

Application

Deploy skilled/experienced individuals for the application of paint. A few general instructions are given below.

The surface to be painted must be dry, clean and free from all contamination and efflorescent salts. Remove dirt, grease, and waxy material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper. Apply one coat of Happilac Perfect Primer and 2-3 coats of Happilac Vivid Emulsion Plus.

Safety Instructions

When applying paint, wear appropriate eye protection.

  • Cartridge mask, wear gloves, and goggles during application or sanding
  • Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying
  • Close container tightly after each use
  • In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical advice
